Sewer Inspection | Sewer Camera Service by CCR Plumbing

Sewer Scope & Camera Inspection Services in Utah

When it comes to protecting your home, what you can’t see can cost you thousands. A professional sewer scope inspection uses advanced camera technology to look inside your sewer line and identify problems before they turn into expensive repairs.

At CCR Plumbing, we provide expert sewer camera inspections throughout Utah, helping homeowners, homebuyers, and real estate professionals make informed decisions with confidence.

What Is a Sewer Scope Inspection?

A sewer scope inspection (also called a sewer camera inspection) involves inserting a high-resolution waterproof camera into your sewer line. This allows us to visually inspect the condition of your pipes in real time.

With this technology, we can accurately diagnose issues without digging up your yard or guessing what’s happening underground.

Why You Might Need a Sewer Camera Inspection

Many sewer line problems develop slowly and go unnoticed until major damage occurs. A sewer scope is one of the most effective ways to catch these issues early.

You should consider a sewer inspection if you are:

  • Buying or selling a home
  • Experiencing frequent drain backups
  • Noticing slow drains throughout the house
  • Dealing with sewer odors
  • Living in an older home with aging pipes
  • Concerned about tree roots in your sewer line

What Our Sewer Scope Can Detect

Our advanced camera equipment allows us to pinpoint a wide range of sewer line issues, including:

  • Tree root intrusion
  • Cracked or broken pipes
  • Pipe misalignment (offset joints)
  • Blockages and buildup
  • Corrosion or deterioration
  • Bellied (sagging) sewer lines

By identifying the exact problem and location, we can recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solution.

Sewer Scope Inspections for Homebuyers

In Utah’s competitive real estate market, a sewer scope inspection is becoming a must-have during the home buying process.

A standard home inspection does not include a sewer line evaluation. Without a sewer scope, you could unknowingly inherit costly repairs that can range into the tens of thousands of dollars.

CCR Plumbing works closely with homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents to provide fast, reliable sewer inspections during due diligence periods.
